What does this
mean?
End-users do not get charged from OILCHG. However your mobile phone carrier may charge you for text messages and/or data usage. If you are unsure, consult your mobile pricing plan prior to using OILCHG products.

How many coupons will I get?
The OILCHG opt-in tools will tell you how many messages you will get. Sometimes (1) instant coupon is available without opting-in for ongoing coupons.

For example, you may use Web-to-Phone Coupons on this web site to get (1) instant coupon per request. You will NOT receive any more coupons in the future.

What happens if I sign-up to get ongoing coupons?
Some retailers offer ongoing OILCHG coupons. If you opt-in (sign-up) to get them, you may receive up to (3) messages per month.

How do I STOP getting coupons?
Text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to 645244 to quit getting coupons anytime.

Why aren't there any coupons in my city?
We are adding new dealers, repair shops and quick lubes (installers) every day. Please email us with your city and we will try to add new choices for you.

How do I redeem OILCHG coupons?
OILCHG text message coupons may be validated and redeemed at participating car dealers, repair shops and quick lubes (installers) by showing your phone at time of purchase.

Will my cell phone number be sold?
No. Your number will not be shared with anyone.

Do I have to use the OILCHG web site
to get coupons?
No. Many automotive retailers offer other options for instant, and ongoing coupons and reminders.

Do all cell phone carriers work with OILCHG?
OILCHG products work with SPRINT, TMOBILE, VERIZON, NEXTEL, ALLTEL, US CELLULAR, VIRGIN MOBILE, AT&T, CELLULAR ONE, TIER 2/3 CARRIER GROUP, RURAL CARRIER GROUP, ASSOCIATED CARRIER GROUP, METRO PCS, CRICKET, CINCINNATI BELL, BOOST

Why do I get a blank/garbled coupon?
We try hard not to let that happen but chances are that the message you requested is more than 160 characters. Please email us with your error and we will try to remedy this for you.

Why didn't I get my coupon?
There may be several reasons for this. Occasionally, carriers experience a network problem that may interfere with your texting service. Please email us with your error and we will try to remedy this for you.

Why is my coupon expired?
Individual stores maintain their own offers. Sometimes they get busy and forget to update their coupons. Please email us with your error and we will try to remedy this for you.

This site and the OILCHG tools are provided to installers by Digital Rocket Inc. We work exclusively in the automotive market.

How do I sign-in?
Installers with OILCHG accounts may sign-in to add/edit coupons, see reports and manage their account. If you do not have an installer account, you will not be able to sign-in. If you forgot your password, email us.
